Publisher

Host
The site is hosted by [host name], [host address], reachable at [host phone or email]. The site is a set of static files: there is no application server, no database and no session storage behind the pages you are reading. The cart lives in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Shipping and returns
Orders placed before 2 pm leave the workshop the same working day, others the next one; boards are made to order and take six weeks. Shipping is free above 80 EUR in mainland Europe and 6 EUR below, boards excluded. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its packaging, with the label included in the parcel, and we refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Made to order items are excluded from this right, which the law allows and which we state before you order rather than after.
Privacy
We collect the information you hand us directly: the contents of the contact form (your name, your email address, your message) and, for an order, the delivery address and the details needed to ship and invoice it. We use it to answer you and to fulfil the order, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not enrich it, and we do not send it to an advertising network. Invoices are kept for the legal accounting period; the rest is deleted once the conversation is closed.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookie and runs no third-party tracker, which is why you were never asked to accept anything. The only value stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept locally and never sent anywhere. If you add analytics, this is the paragraph to rewrite, and a consent banner may then become mandatory.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to the address below; we answer within the legal deadline, and you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Terms of sale
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, and the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Ownership of an item passes on full payment, risk passes on delivery. Every product carries the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, on top of any commercial warranty stated on its product page. By using this site you also agree to use it lawfully and not to extract its content automatically at a scale that degrades it for others.
Intellectual property
The texts, the interface, the icon set and the source code of this site are protected. The theme itself is licensed to its purchaser under the terms in the LICENSE file that ships with it: you may build client sites with it, you may not resell or redistribute it as a theme.
Liability and contact
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee it is free of error at every moment. If you find one, or if any content here infringes a right of yours, write to the address in the contact page and we will correct or remove it promptly.
