How we work
Eight things you swim in, not eighty
Every product here replaced one that let us down mid-swim. We work with a moulder in Annecy, two sewing workshops in Portugal, and we buy no advertising. That is why the wetsuit is 289 EUR instead of 450, and why there are eight products instead of a catalogue.

Unworn, in its packaging, return label included. Refunded within a week of arrival.

Card and bank transfer, 3D Secure. We never see nor store a card number.

The four questions that reach us
When does a parcel leave?
Orders placed before 2 pm leave the workshop the same day, otherwise the next working day. Count two to four days in mainland Europe. A colour of goggles that has run out is moulded again in about six weeks, and you get an email the week yours is packed.
What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days to send it back, unworn and in its packaging. The return label is in the box. The card is refunded within a week of the parcel arriving, and we pay the return postage when our size guide was the thing that was wrong.
Who makes each of these?
Goggles in Annecy, France. Wetsuit and cap in Portugal, at two workshops we visit twice a year. Plugs in Portugal, the tow float in Guerande. The flask is made in China and finished in Spain, and we write it here rather than hide it in a footnote.
Can any of it be repaired?
Wetsuits yes, for the price of the rubber plus shipping, for as long as we stock the panel. Tow floats yes, for a torn seam or a failed valve. Everything else, no: a 22 EUR cap has nothing to repair, and a goggle strap that snapped gets replaced instead.
